Elizabeth Cachat joined the Florida State University Student-Athlete Academic Services Staff in May 2024. 

Prior to Florida State, Liz served as a graduate assistant in Student-Athlete Academic Services at West Virginia. This time was spent with the football team from 2023 - 2024 while she pursued a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. When she was an undergraduate student at West Virginia University, she worked as an intern with the football team in external operations starting in 2021. She also served as a marketing intern for the athletic department from May 2022 - June 2023.

Liz was also an Orientation Leader in her time at WVU. She served as a student ambassador from June 2021 until graduation in May 2024. She received her undergraduate degree in Sport Management. Liz hails from Dalton, Massachusetts.
