Stacey Wicker joined the Florida State Student-Athlete Academic Services (SAAS) team in August 2020 as a Strategic Academic Mentor and currently serves as Director of Educational Services.
Stacey received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in special education from Florida State University. She started as a classroom teacher in ESE and general education settings. While working in the K-12 setting, Stacey continued her education at Nova Southeastern University, earning an Educational Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership.
Prior to Florida State University, she served as Principal/Administrator in the K-12 setting. She has served on various School Advisory Councils and accreditation teams. Stacey is a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) and serves on our LYFE team.
Stacey and her husband, Robert have eight children.
Wicker is a native of Coral Springs, Florida.
