Will Rasmussen joined the Florida State University Student-Athlete Academic Services Staff in June 2022. Previously, Rasmussen completed his master’s degree in Sport Management at FSU, where he served as a graduate assistant in athletic compliance for the 2021-2022 academic year. During his time in compliance, Rasmussen specialized in NCAA bylaw 13 (recruiting) and bylaw 17 (playing and practice seasons). Rasmussen also served as a Strategic Academic Mentor during part of his time at FSU. As an academic mentor, Rasmussen assisted student-athletes in developing organizational and time management skills in pursuit of improving their academic performance. A Tallahassee native, Rasmussen completed his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management where he served as a student equipment manager with the Florida State Baseball program. Rasmussen is passionate about creating an environment for athletes to succeed off the field, and to assume their full potential in life after college athletics. |
