Prior to Florida State University, Elizabeth earned her master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Texas of Austin. While pursuing her degree, Elizabeth worked for Texas Athletics academic services department. Within her role on the learning services team, she worked one on one with student-athletes across various sports to ensure that they were meeting their academic goals, developing time management and organizational skills, creating individualized study plans, amongst other administrative duties. She simultaneously worked with the Longhorn Center for Academic Equity, where she helped incoming first-generation longhorns successfully transition into the university setting and helped them grow holistically. 

 Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Florida State University in 2019. While in undergrad she worked with Baseball’s ticketing department and was an assistant head coach for track and field/cross country at Lincoln High School in Tallahassee. She was also heavily involved with the Center for Academic Retention and Enhancement, which supports first-generation, low-income students as they embark on their collegiate journey. 

 Elizabeth is a current member of N4A and Women Leaders in College Sport. She is eager to merge her passion for higher education and athletics to work in a student-athlete services role and is always looking for new opportunities to further develop herself as a leader within the field. 

 Elizabeth is a native of Lake Placid, FL.
