Kearsten Peoples joined the Florida State University Student-Athlete Academic Services Staff in January 2025. She currently is the Assistant Director for Football, with her prior experience as Assistant Director for Academics at the University of Missouri. At Mizzou, Kearsten was the academic liaison for Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Gymnastics. She also served as the advisor for Student Athletes Fostering Empowerment, Tigers Global, and the Black Student Athlete Association.

Peoples's journey in athletic administration began after a robust track and field career at the University of Missouri. Her passion is to support every student-athlete she interacts with and prepare young adults for life through and after athletics.

A native of Ottawa, KS., Kearsten graduated with her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Human Development and Family studies at the University of Missouri.
